Our Register Valuators can provide objective and, if needed, anonymous valuations. During this process, we uncover a company’s foundations and examine all factors that affect its value. Crossings Advisory is a member in good standing of the Dutch Institute of Register Valuators (www.nirv.nl), the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (www.eacva.com) and can, if needed, provide support when it comes to business valuation in a take-over situation, disputes about valuations, impairment tests, economic losses or during litigation.
